Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep, Please World Don’t Hurt Me…

As children many say a simple prayer before bedtime. When you have no bed, what can be said?

Being homeless is not a crime or a disease, please don’t think it’s an excuse to abuse us either.

Torture in American Prisons? It Happens Everyday in the USA!

Torture in American Prisons, it Happens Everyday in the USA

AbuGhuraib wasn’t new…Americans are not new to torturing inhumanly….American prisons have a considerable history of such torture

I’ve personally witnessed prison guards beating, gassing and shocking inmates. I’ve seen this done for reasons such as not getting up fast enough, not moving fast enough or making too much noise. These are common occurrences in every jail and prison in the United States. So, why do politicians act as if a foreign US run prison would be any different? Or that these atrocities are a surprise of some sort? What makes anyone think these federally ran prisons would be immune to the same administrative abuse? After all, they’re all a part of the same broken, biased system.

Welcome back to the real America, land of the free, home of the brave (at least that’s what we’re taught to believe). Our society is based on material objects and teaches us that greed is good. For those with no chance, there are few options. For those who do not conform, there is torture.

A Short History of Why I Know

I’ve been imprisoned, not for a crime I actually committed, but for daring to fight the law. As a youth, I embarrassed a police investigator. Within two weeks of turning 17, I was arrested and charged with numerous crimes. The Police and prosecutors corroborated to inflate the charges and value of a newspaper box Yes, I said newspaper machine; like the ones you put change into. They quoted the value at over $1400 dollars and claim I had picked up and carried away 2 of them. The newspaper company stated each box’ value at under $200. That’s what we call truth, liberty and justice, right?

I served close to two years in a maximum security prison, beginning at the age of 17, and was released 1 month before I turned 19. I’m now 34 years old and still bear the burden of the system’s personal vengeance. I’ve never been able to gain employment in any environment that requires a security check or background check. I was denied by the Army, the Coast Guard and asked to lie when I tried to join the Marines.

My story isn’t so sad when compared to those of some the other people I met along the way; people with fewer chances and options than I’ve been presented with. I try to tell myself I was lucky, that I survived, but this does me little good. I still carry a hatred for the system and the injustices responsible for my plight.  If it wasn’t for my wife and children, life would truly be dismal. Because of them I carry on my struggle, knowing full well I’ll never be able to make my "history" vanish from my personal record. I simply do my best to support them in a legal fashion, my one reward being their love.

When my daughters were 9 an admitted child stalker was harassing them. He attacked me after being asked about his actions. Like any man and father, I defended myself and my children. The district attorney congratulated my heroic efforts by charging me with attempted murder. In the end, the jury found me not-guilty. In leading up to the trial I was informed that due to my criminal record I would be made an example of.

Humans saved me, the system failed me. Even with five separate restraining orders and multiple admissions of guilt, the attacker and child stalker was propped up by ‘the right side’ of the law. Welcome to the real America, land of the free if they can afford it, land of the brave when you are weak enough to be abused.

Please think very carefully before you judge what this documentary shows. Some would say ‘they are criminals, so who cares?’ The truth is, a very high percentage of those in American prisons are only guilty of not having the monetary ability to purchase their freedom. I’m not saying they didn’t commit a crime, but many have no choice, no option, no chance to do otherwise. When you have no future, no security, food or shelter, what option do you have beyond doing any and everything to survive?

Without a prison system that helps to reform the true criminals, they’ll never stop. Without true equality there will always be cause to do ‘wrong.’ Without hope… we’re doomed.

Turn On Tune In Dropout Becomes Turn Off Tune Out Get In

Turn On Tune In Dropout Becomes Turn Off Tune Out Get In

So what has changed? Were they right in the wrong moment or wrong with good timing? Timothy Leary is the face behind the chemical catalyst to a movement that’s remains are now ‘the man’ themselves. So where did the passion for change go? The old idea was to roll inside and trip on drugs, that in the end was a global FAIL we still battle today. Yet the ethics and morals the hippy culture resented before the drug war games began still hold a truth we all crave.

A new ‘awareness revolution’ has come into play that already bridged the gap the 60’s movements never reached. Clear ideas and group actions. We have seen wars stopped before they could earnestly begin anew. Dictators and fierce militias brought to a grinding halt with voices of peace and global knowledge of the death that sparked a new revolution. It has been said information is the new cocaine, I would go one further. Social action is the new LSD, by ‘Turing Off’ to the idea of ‘the man’ controlling everything, we turned on the reality of people over power. When we ‘Tune Out’ what we are told to do and tune in once again to what we know to do. Then we return to the point once needing you to dropout, oddly now the point at which your option is to ‘get in’ now. As once the point was to leave the people now it is to join the ‘real people’ as one. The ‘real’ being the actual peoples and honest voices of all, so much better a format than a handful making the rules for all, is it not?

Timothy Leary – Turn On, Tune In, Drop Out

Timothy Leary – Turn On, Tune In, Drop Out

In the smallest things now do we hold our species as a whole down, the vast majority of all humans can agree on at least some basic concepts. Things as simple as ‘should you take things from others without there permission’ do not need a ‘rule’ everyone can agree stealing is normally not a proper action. On a grander scale, no person on earth would say raping eight year olds then using them for lead collection in the place of body armor as you raid torture and kill a village of women and children is a nice thing to do.

Even in the absolute knowing of the greater good and now conscious we can use. Why do we still let the little things stop it. Does it hurt your life so much your neighbor prays on a day you do not that it is ok to let the greater atrocity continue until they stop? Just because the you government says so does it mean they are always making the best choice for the people? Will the world stop because your neighbor is dark skinned and you are not? This is the reason we can not be a better planet, really?

Not being able to predict the future I wanted to look back to the past, they said it helps you do better after all. Lets see what those who did tune in turn on and drop out achieved, then perhaps we can find what to do next. Otherwise we continue to do nothing until that is all we will have left…

Infamous Timothy Leary Interview (2/2)

Timothy Francis Leary (October 22, 1920 May 31, 1996) was an American writer, psychologist, futurist, and advocate of psychedelic drug research and use, and one of the first people whose remains have been sent into space. An icon of 1960s counterculture, Leary is most famous as a proponent of the therapeutic and spiritual benefits of LSD. He coined and popularized the catch phrase "Turn on, tune in, drop out."

Infamous Timothy Leary Interview (2/2)

A psychedelic experience is a journey to new realms of consciousness. The scope and content of the experience is limitless, but its characteristic features are the transcendence of verbal concepts, of space-time dimensions, and of the ego or identity. Such experiences of enlarged consciousness can occur in a variety of ways: sensory deprivation, yoga exercises, disciplined meditation, religious or aesthetic ecstasies, or spontaneously. Most recently they have become available to anyone through the ingestion of psychedelic drugs such as LSD, psilocybin, mescaline, DMT, etc. Of course, the drug does not produce the transcendent experience. It merely acts as a chemical key—it opens the mind, frees the nervous system of its ordinary patterns and structures.

Tim gets sand bagged by a talk show host. The host then surprises Leary with a phone call from Art Linkletter.

Timothy Leary’s Last Trip

Timothy Leary’s Last Trip – Documentary & Interview

Timothy Leary may be a mad scientist of a chemical an psychological persuasion yet he at the care made great sense. Will we begin again in a technical aspect, can a digital mad scientist breach that next step?

What if for just 1one day, one single passing of the sun, all the people in the world just said no to the wrongs. When everyone on earth can reach an internet connected device… what will the possibly 10,000,000,000 people of the world say to the few thousand we let rule it? Could you imagine what anyone or group could say to argue with the human race as a whole?

Just an idea by a random human, 1 in many billions, yet I may be on to something, depending on you…

Prosecutors Persecution and Porn what is the Connection

Prosecutors persecution and porn, the story of Trey McLeod Sumter County South Carolina Prosecutor vs. Michael DeLorme a father and simple citizen. A story of greed power and self serving sexual deviants willfully abusing the legal system to serve their own needs.

Trey McLeod a Sumter County prosecutor has taken it upon himself to re-classify criminal charges against myself that have stood the same for over a year and have already been brought before the courts. This I believe was done due to his being personally upset at my retainer of an attorney. Not only had E.B. Trey McLeod intentionally misled me to have an easy to win case. His first case in open court I might add. Trey McLeod had also gone out of his way to ensure the admitted child stalker could uphold his fraudulent accusations against me, but has now taken a personally motivated abuse of the system out as a weapon against me.

Mr. Trey McLeod falsely asked me to meet at the court house in his office to discuss a potential plea bargain a few days before the case initially went to trial. At this time I was representing myself and had no attorney. Instead of discussing a plea bargain the prosecutor wished to discuss the case and what i planned for my defense. Me being a [now know to be foolishly] good citizen respecting the honor to which Mr. McLeod is supposed to hold with justice as the prime importance of his position, willingly explained the situation and my points of defense.

Low and behold upon the day Court was called, one day after I had applied for legal defense, I came to find Trey McLeod had taken steps to make sure I was incapable of presenting my defense. Not only had he seen to witnesses not being present but he went so far as to pre-file applications to block the harassment and stalking from even being mentioned in court. Although my accuser has been arrested for or gone to court at least 3 separate times for trespassing on my families property, has at least seven orders of protection and restraining orders out directly involved with the situation. Trey McLeod wanted to win ‘his big first case’ as a smashing victory so badly none of the truth actually matters.

So at this point you may be wondering…. how does online porn fit into this picture? Being I have now been directly attacked by the prosecutor I felt it was in my best interest to find out as much as possible about the man I know now to be my opponent. As I tracked down Trey McLeod’s digital footprint the standard fair of social profiles rapidly reared their heads. This is when things became rather interesting, it seems Trey McLeod has a private Twitter account to feed his apparent need for online porn. What kind of man willingly aides in the abuse of the criminal system to protect a child stalker? We now know it is the same kind of man who has his own hidden sexual deviant problems, perhaps he likes girls a bit to young for his own good and fears he could one day be in the child stalkers situation. Perhaps he just like lots of porn to fill his alone time. Either way being he comes from a long line of politicians and legal workers, I felt it important to make the connection, since he was so obvious in leaving it only half in the closet.

In the United States of America we are told there is a guarantee of innocence until proof of guilt is provided. In the USA we are told we are guaranteed a fair trial. In America we are told we have the right to defend ourselves in a court of law with the aforementioned guarantees and rights. Sadly this seems to be an outright lie in the state of South Carolina, at least when you don’t ‘know the right people’ being the system has blatantly attacked a simple citizen for daring to attempt exercising his rights.

What happens when justice is Illegal and injustice rules the day? What type of society do we really live in when our rights are a fraud. Why do our taxes pay for more corruption by self serving people who care not for the people but merely the position and the power? What would happen if it was you, would you get fair treatment, or would the police tell you to call them back after your daughters have been raped by an admitted child stalker? Would they tell you as they have told myself they don’t care about the children. Will they tell you as they have told me your reward for being a good and truthful citizen is to face 20 years in prison for defending yourself when under direct physical attack for asking a 30 year old man why he was following and trying to talk to your 9 year old daughter?

If it takes a village to raise a child. Is not protecting our children our duty as a civilization? Does one lawyers need to win at any cost matter more than the truth? Should we let child molesters rape children before we stop them when we know there intent? When we are attacked are we to let them beat us without fighting back? Do we not have the right to defend ourselves or families and children?

Please leave your comments, whether you think this is the way things should be or the things that are wrong with the way things are. Don’t be silent be heard.
